Wellington Management Company, LLP ('WMC'), as discretionary investment manager
on behalf of various separate accounts, ceases to hold, in the aggregate, an
interest within the meaning of Sections 203 and 208 of the Companies Act 1985.
WMC currently holds 2,614,716 ordinary shares, or 2.91% of the shares
outstanding, of the Company.
