          RM appoints Jo Connell as Independent Non-Executive Director

RM has appointed Jo Connell as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She joins
the Board with immediate effect.

Jo has had a distinguished career in the UK IT industry. Until 2003, she was
Managing Director of Xansa plc, the outsourcing and technology company, having
served on the Board since 1991. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of
THUS plc and a Non-Executive Director of @UK plc. She has also served as a
Non-Executive Director for Synstar, London Bridge Software Holdings and Cornwell
Management Consultants. In addition to her business activities, Jo is Chair of
Governors and Pro-Chancellor of University of Hertfordshire, Chairman of the
charity Help the Aged, and Senior Warden of the Worshipful Company of
Information Technologists.

John Leighfield, Chairman of RM, said:

experience and understanding of the IT industry, in particular in the areas of
large projects and outsourcing, which will be invaluable to RM as we further

appointment of Jo Connell that need to be disclosed in accordance with Listing
