                      Notification of preliminary results


RM plc will be announcing the Group's preliminary results for the full year
ended 30 September 2003 on Monday 24 November 2003.


There will be a presentation to analysts at 9.30 a.m on the day at Brunswick's
offices, 16 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2.
