                            Notification of results

RM plc, the leading supplier of information and communications technology (ICT)
and other products and services to UK education, will be announcing preliminary
results for the year ended 30 September 2004, on Tuesday 23 November 2004.

There will be a presentation to analysts at 10.30 a.m on the day at Brunswick's
offices, 16 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2.
