                            Notification of results

RM plc, the UK's leading supplier of information and communications technology
(ICT) and other services to education, will announce preliminary results for the
year ended 30 September 2005, on Monday 21 November 2005.

There will be a presentation to analysts at 9.30am on the day at Brunswick's
offices, 16 Lincoln's Inn Fields, London WC2.
