RM confirms Islington BSF ICT Contract

RM confirms that it has reached contractual close for a £6m contract to provide managed ICT services to Islington Council's BSF (Building Schools for Future) programme. RM will work as part of the Transform Schools consortium, with Balfour Beatty, to deliver these services. RM announced that it had been selected as preferred bidder for Islington's BSF programme on 31 May 2007.

Commenting on the Islington BSF ICT contract, Terry Sweeney, CEO Designate of RM, said:

'ICT is an increasingly important part of education in the 21st Century. We look forward to working with our Transform Schools partners - and with teachers across Islington - to provide inspiring new environments for the Borough's learners.
