               RM extends schools scheme relationship with Tesco


RM has been selected as supplier for a second flagship schools initiative run by
Tesco. The Group has been appointed for Tesco Sport for Schools and Clubs, which
will run in autumn 2007. The Group already supplies ICT equipment for the Tesco
Computers for Schools scheme, which it has been involved with for eight years.

Tim Pearson, CEO of RM, commented:

'It's great news that Tesco has now chosen us to work with them on their two
major schools initiatives.

'Tesco Sport for Schools and Clubs is new for RM. However, our experience of
working on voucher-based schools schemes, combined with the sourcing and
distribution capabilities of our TTS subsidiary, which already supplies sports
equipment, means we can offer Tesco - and the schools - a really high level of
service.

'Since we were first selected for Tesco Computers for Schools in 2000, thousands
of schools have benefited enormously from the innovative ICT products we've
supplied on behalf of Tesco. In 2006, schools received £9.5m worth of equipment
and vouchers for the 2007 scheme are currently being issued in Tesco stores.'

Tesco Sport for Schools and Clubs was launched in 2005. Over 30,000 schools and
clubs have registered for the scheme and last year over £11m of sports equipment
and coaching sessions was given away. Through its TTS subsidiary, RM will
provide all of the sports equipment for the 2007 scheme. Vouchers for the 2007
will be issued in Tesco stores in October/November 2007, with fulfilment in
2008.

RM acquired TTS Group Ltd, a specialist distributor of high quality curriculum
resources, in September 2004. Since its acquisition by RM, TTS has continued to
grow both turnover and profit and has recently moved into a new distribution
centre in Nottinghamshire.
