                           RM plc: Analyst Site Visit

RM plc, the leading supplier of information and communications technology (ICT)
and services to UK education, is hosting a site visit for investment analysts on
Wednesday 7th July 2004.

The visit will provide the opportunity to see RM's South Yorkshire eLearning
project and will also include a visit to 3T, one of RM's subsidiary companies,
specialising in developing Internet services to support teaching and learning.

Following the interim results announced on the 25th May 2004, there will be no
further update on current trading.
