RM Infrastructure Income plc, an investment trust specialising in secured debt investments, announces that all the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.
The text of all the resolutions is contained in the notice of meeting in the Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2021.

At the time of the above meeting, the Company's issued share capital was 117,840,988 Ordinary Shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights of the Company was 117,840,988.
Norman Crighton commented "It is noted that an institutional shareholder has voted against my re-election. Many institutional shareholders now involve proxy advisors in their voting decisions without any direct engagement with the Board, and it would appear in this case that the vote against reflects such a situation. The Board champions direct engagement with shareholders and encourages all shareholders to contact either the Board or the Company's brokers if they have an issue or concern they wish to discuss."
