Robert Walters plc has been notified that the wife of Mr Leslie Van de Walle, a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company, purchased 10,000 shares on 16 October 2014 at a price of £2.835 per share. As a result, Mr Van de Walle's holding in Robert Walters plc, including holdings of connected persons, is now 25,000 shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
