ROBERT WALTERS PLC (the 'Company')
Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was informed today that Robert Walters, Chief Executive Officer, has
today sold 625,000 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 350 pence per
share. Robert Walters now has a beneficial interest in 561,732 ordinary shares,
representing 0.66% of the Company's issued share capital and in addition Robert
Walters also has an interest over 1,127,670 shares that have vested in respect
of share incentive schemes and a further interest over 4,425,375 shares that
have not yet vested.
The Company was also informed today that the GDP Settlement Trust in which Giles
Daubeney, Chief Operating Officer, has a beneficial interest has today sold
375,000 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 350 pence per share. Giles
Daubeney now has a beneficial interest in 746,959 ordinary shares, representing
0.87% of the Company's issued share capital and in addition Giles Daubeney also
has an interest over 475,728 shares that have vested in respect of share
incentive schemes and a further interest over 1,972,606 shares that have not yet
vested.
