The Company was informed today that Robert Walters, Chief Executive Officer of
the Company, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 338.75
pence per share. Following this disposal Mr Walters is beneficially interested
in 1,186,732 ordinary shares which represents 1.6% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
