Director Shareholding correction


On 12 March 2007 it was announced that Timothy Barker, the Chairman of the
Company sold 39,411 ordinary shares of 20p each. This should have read 30,000
ordinary shares of 20p each. The fully amended text of the announcement is given
below.


The Company was informed that on Friday 9th March 2007 Timothy Barker, Chairman
of the Company until he stands down at the Annual General Meeting to be held on
10th May, sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 20p each at a price of 346 pence per
share. Following this disposal Mr Barker is beneficially interest in 9,411
ordinary shares of 20p.
