The Company was informed on 4 August 2020 of the following dealings by certain Directors in ordinary shares of 20p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The Company announces that certain Directors exercised awards on 4 August 2020 under The Robert Walters UK Sharesave Plan 2014 over ordinary shares of 20p each held in the Robert Walters Employee Benefit Trust.
