Robert Walters plc ('Robert Walters' or the 'Company') was informed on 21 September 2012 that the Holding(s) in Company announcement published on 19 June 2012 (RNS: 7293F) in respect of BlackRock, Inc.'s interest in the ordinary shares of the Company has been restated. Similarly, the Holding(s) in Company announcement published on 28 December 2011 (RNS: 6606U) in respect of BlackRock UK Emerging Companies Hedge Fund's interest in the ordinary shares of the Company has also been restated. Consequently, the correct interests in the ordinary shares of the Company held by BlackRock, Inc. and BlackRock UK Emerging Companies Hedge Fund are those detailed in the announcements published on 9 January 2012 and 3 November 2011, respectively, and are attached below.
