Result of 2008 Annual General Meeting

The Board announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held this
morning, all Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 25 March
2008, were duly passed on a show of hands.


Copies of the Resolutions (other than those Resolutions concerning ordinary
