Robert Walters plc announces death of non-Executive Director, Graham Luff


It is with great sadness that Robert Walters plc announces the death of Graham
Luff, a non-Executive Director of the company.

Timothy Barker, Chairman, commented that 'Since his appointment in September
2001, Graham made a valuable contribution to the Board of Robert Walters and his
counsel will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with Graham's family at this
time'.
