                                  AGM Statement

Robinson plc ('Robinson' or 'the Company'; stock code: RBN), the custom 
manufacturer of plastic and paperboard packaging based in Chesterfield, will 
hold its Annual General Meeting today at 11:30am. Richard Clothier, the 
Chairman, will include the following comments at the meeting:

'Adverse market conditions and the loss of some major business made 2006 a very
difficult year for Robinson. However, management responded with prompt action to
mitigate this and I am pleased to confirm that this is improving sales and
reducing costs in the current year to date. The Board is firmly committed to
restore profitability in 2007 and to take further action to develop the
company.'
