DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

Robinson plc (the 'Company') announces that Guy Robinson, a director of the Company, has today received by transfer 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company at nil consideration from his partner, Annabel Sutton.

Mr Robinson's beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares remains unchanged at 699,500 ordinary shares.
