Exercise of options and director's dealings.
The Company announces that options for 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the 2004 Enterprise Management Incentive Plan ("Options") have today been exercised by Guy Robinson, a director of the Company, at an exercise price of 43 pence each. The Options were granted on 31 March 2010 and the issue has been satisfied out of Treasury Stock.
To fund this acquisition, Guy Robinson has sold today 60,000 Ordinary Shares at £1.41 per share.
