HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company today received notification that on 13 April 2005 Anthony Glossop,
non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p
each in the Company ('Shares') at 105p per share. Following this purchase, Mr
Glossop is interested in 115,162 Shares, representing approximately 0.65% of the
Company issued ordinary share capital.
