             APPOINTMENT OF GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND BOARD CHANGES

Robinson plc ('Robinson' or 'the Company'; stock code: RBN), the custom
manufacturer of paperboard and plastic packaging, announces the appointment of
Adam Formela as Group Chief Executive with effect from 1 February 2007. Adam,
(aged 46), started his career with Black & Decker rising to the rank of European
Director of Sales & Marketing before moving into general management with
Electrolux and then Kenwood Appliances. He then moved to GRP Ltd, a Singapore
listed company as Group Chief Executive, before returning to Europe to work with
Acco Brands Corporation as vice president of operations, business development
and sales & marketing before becoming President of the Document Communication
division.

The Company also announces that Jon Marx will relinquish his role as Group Chief
Executive with effect from that date but will remain an executive director of
the Company until his normal retirement date in June 2007, when he will retire
from the Board.

Commenting on these management changes, Richard Clothier, Robinson's Chairman,
said:

'We are delighted to welcome Adam to Robinson's Board. His international sales
and marketing expertise will prove invaluable in driving the business forward
and we wish him well in his new role.

'I should like to thank Jon Marx for the substantial contribution he has made to
the Company during the past 4 years. He has begun several changes to the
structure and direction of the Group and leaves a more efficient base for his
successor to build on. Jon will be working closely with Adam over the next 5
months to ensure an effective transition.'

Adam is a director of NEW Energy Company Ltd (Ireland) involved in solar energy
products and a director of a now dormant consultancy company (A.J.F.'s Big
Company Ltd). He has confirmed that there is no further information required to
be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
