SHARE TRANSFER


Robinson plc (the 'Company') announces that Mr Guy Robinson, a director of the
Company, has today transferred 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company, by way of
gift, to his partner, Annabel Sutton.

Mr Robinson's beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares remains
unchanged at 699,500 ordinary shares.
