In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,
Robinson plc would like to notify the market of the following:


Robinson plc's capital consists of 17,687,223 ordinary shares, of which
1,763,722 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of
voting rights in Robinson plc is 15,923,501.


The above figure 15,923,501 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Robinson plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
