Papua Mining plc, a UK company focused on the exploration for and if commercially feasible, development of gold and copper deposits in Papua New Guinea, confirms that the Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 was sent to shareholders along with a notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Papua Mining plc ("AGM").
