Blocklisting Interim Update and Total Voting Rights

The Company provides the following update in accordance with Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block listing arrangements.

Number of securities issued under the scheme during the period	34,652 Ordinary Shares
Balance under the scheme of securities not yet issued at the end of the period	15,348 Ordinary Shares
Number and class of securities originally admitted and the date of admission	50,000 Ordinary Shares  admitted on 3 February 2010

In order to take into account all Ordinary Shares issued under the above blocklisting to date the Company also provides notification that the issued share capital of the Company consists of 192,539,606 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure of 192,539,606 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
