The Board of Rockhopper Exploration plc announces that all of the resolutions
considered at the Annual General Meeting held 11 July 2006 were approved by
shareholders.


A copy of the presentation made available to shareholders at the AGM, and used
in a joint investor roadshow with Offshore Hydrocarbon Mapping plc in London on
6th and 7th July 2006, has been posted to the Company's website.
