Application has been made to AIM for admission of 145,581,694 Ordinary Shares in the Company ('Shares'). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the issue of shares in connection with ROC's acquisition of Anzon Energy Limited.

Admission is expected to become effective on 23 September 2008.
