Application for additional new ordinary shares in SPARK ('new SPARK Shares')
and new warrants to subscribe ordinary shares in SPARK ('new SPARK Warrants')
to be admitted
to the Alternative Investment Market
in respect of consideration for the recommended offer (the 'Offer') for
Softtechnet.com plc
The Board of SPARK announces that application has been made to admit a further
328,187 new SPARK Shares and a further 82,038 new SPARK Warrants to trading on
AIM in respect of acceptances of the Offer received between 9 August 2000and
15 August 2000, inclusive. Admission is expected to take place on 23 August
2000.
Further applications for new SPARK Shares and new SPARK Warrants to be
admitted to AIM will be made in respect of further acceptances received whilst
the Offer remains open for acceptance.
