Availability of Annual Report and Accounts

The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2013 has today been uploaded to the Company's website at www.sparkventures.com. Copies will shortly be posted to those shareholders who have requested them.

The Company expects shortly to post a circular to shareholders setting out the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday 30 September 2013 and a further announcement in this respect will follow in due course.
