Rockwood Realisation (AIM: RKW) announces that Simon Pyper has notified the Board of his intention to step down as Director of the Company to accommodate other work commitments, effective from 31 March 2022.
Chairman Noel Lamb said:
"The Board would like to thank Mr. Pyper for all his hard work over what has been a challenging transitional period for the Group, especially as interim Chairman, and wishes him well for the future."
