Completion of Management Buyout

The Board announces that completion of the Management Buyout of the Fund Management Business (as described in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 15 September 2009 (the "Circular")) has taken place today.  

Accordingly, as noted in the Company's announcement on 2 October 2009, Thomas Teichman and Andrew Betton have today stepped down as directors of the Company.
