The Company was notified today that Anthony Dalwood, Chairman of the Investment Committee for Gresham House Asset Management Ltd, the Investment Manager of the Company, has purchased 8,702 ordinary shares of 50 pence each at a price of 799.6p per share.   Following this purchase, Mr Dalwood is interested in 27,597 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.75% of the Company's total voting rights.
