Rockwood Realisation (AIM: RKW), announces that it received notice on 10 February 2022 that Mr Christopher Mills, via Harwood Capital LLP, Chief Executive of the investment manager, purchased 3,504 ordinary shares in the capital of RKW at a price of 1500.00 pence per Ordinary Share, on 9 February 2022. 

Following the purchase, Mr Mills' resultant holding in RKW is 227,004 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 8.93% of the Company's issued share capital.
