Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 15 September 2023 that, Richard Staveley, PDMR of the Company, purchased 1,438 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 1740 pence per Ordinary Share, on 15 September 2023.

Following the purchases, Mr Staveley, together with his connected persons, is interested in 32,138 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 1.20% of RKW's issued share capital.
