SPARK announces that Michael Whitaker, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 3,111,602 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this purchase, Michael Whitaker is interested in 22,832,153 Ordinary Shares representing 5.6% of the Company's total voting rights.
