SPARK announces executive changes
NewMedia SPARK plc ('SPARK'), the early stage digital media, technology and
telecoms investor, announces today that, as of 1 November 2005, Charles Berry
will be joining Virgin Management Limited as Director Telecoms and Media, and he
will therefore become a non-executive director of SPARK.
Andrew Carruthers, Chief Executive of SPARK said 'Charles has worked at SPARK
since the start of 2001, and has provided a very valuable contribution to the
development of the portfolio. Nonetheless, he leaves for an exciting new
