NEWMEDIA SPARK PLC
Application has been made for admission to trading on AIM of up to 55,850,000
new ordinary shares and up to 48,671,126 warrants to subscribe new ordinary
shares. The new ordinary shares and up to 23,595,831 of the warrants are to
be issued pursuant to the recommended offer to acquire Softtechnet.com plc
which was announced on 26 May 2000. Up to 25,075,295 warrants are to be
issued pursuant to the bonus issue to existing shareholders in the Company
which was announced on 26 May 2000 and 9 June 2000.
Admission is expected to take place and dealings to commence in the shares and
warrants on the day following the Softtechnet Offer being declared
unconditional in all respects.
