SPARK Ventures plc announces that it has today been notified that, on 15^th August 2013, Utilico Limited disposed of 800,000 ordinary shares of 0.35 pence each in the capital of the Company. Subsequently Utilico Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the capital of the Company.
