ANNOUNCEMENT
Norish plc announces that Greg O'Hara will step down as Finance Director on 30
June, 2001, in order to pursue other interests. Greg O'Hara joined Norish in
1988, and he has held various executive positions with the Group in Ireland
and the UK. He will continue to act as Company Secretary, on a part-time
basis.
He will be succeeded as Finance Director by Iain Buntain, aged 46, who joins
Norish at their Reigate, Surrey head office on 1 June. Iain Buntain is a
Chartered Accountant, who has worked since 1978 in the logistics industry with
TDG plc, where he has been Finance Director and Managing Director of Group
subsidiaries. He has been Development Finance Director since 1999.
