                                  NORISH PLC



Mr Iain Buntain has today being co-opted onto the Board of Norish plc,
following his appointment as Finance Director to the company, as previously
announced. Mr Buntain is a Chartered Accountant and joins Norish from TDG plc.


He succeeds Greg O'Hara, who announced his intention to step down as Finance
Director in April. Mr O'Hara will continue to act as Company Secretary, on a
part-time basis.
