           NORISH ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Norish plc announces the co-option to the board of Robert Noonan as a
non-executive director, effective 4th December 2002.

Mr Noonan is Chairman of OEM plc, a listed property company based in London, and
holds several other directorships.

Commenting on his appointment, John Paterson, Chairman of Norish, stated 'Robert
Noonan's considerable property industry experience and extensive network of
contacts will be of great benefit to the Norish board. We look forward to
working with him to enhance shareholder value'.
