Changes to the Board
Norish is pleased to announce the appointment of Aidan Hughes, aged 41, to the
Board of the Company as Finance Director with effect from 7th September 2006.
Aidan joined the Company in 1996 and has been responsible for the Company's
finance function following the retirement of Iain Buntain, in July 2005. He will
continue in his role as Company Secretary. The Board can confirm that Aidan is
not, and has not been at any time in the previous five years been a director of
any publicly quoted company.
Norish also announces that Norman Hatcliff, aged 52, is appointed as Managing
Director of the Company with immediate effect. Norman joined the Company in
2000 as Operations Director and has extensive experience in the logistics
industry having previously worked with Exel and TDG. He was appointed to the
board in July 2005.
There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2, paragraph (f) of
the AIM rules.
