Eurolink Managed Services PLC ('EMS' or 'the Company')
Directors Shareholdings
An Enterprise Management Incentive Option has been granted to David Wood over
298,507 ordinary shares of 2p each ('ordinary shares') at 33.5p, exercisable
between the third and tenth anniversaries of today's date, together with an
option under the Company's 1999 Unapproved Share Option Scheme over 221,493
ordinary shares at 33.5p exercisable between three to five years of today's
date. Options previously granted to David Wood under the Company's 1999
Unapproved Share Option Scheme have been cancelled by mutual consent. On 28 June
2004 (prior to his joining the Board of Directors) an Enterprise Management
Incentive Option was granted to Paul Jewell over 100,000 ordinary shares,
exercisable at 34p between the third and tenth anniversaries of the issue date.
