Eurolink Managed Services plc ('the Company') - Appointments to the Board
The Company announces the appointment to the Board of George Kynoch as
non-executive director and Chairman and Keith Chapman as non-executive Director,
with effect from today. Mr Kynoch has over 20 years' experience in industry and
from 1995 to 1997 was the Scottish Office Industry and Local Government Minister
while serving as a Member of Parliament for Kincardine and Deeside between 1992
and 1997. Mr Chapman is a chartered accountant.
Simultaneously, Jim Carr has relinquished his position as Chairman and has
stepped down from the Board as a director. The Board wishes to thank Mr Carr for
his contribution to the Company during this tenure as a Board member.
