                              Changes to the Board


Norish is pleased to announce the appointment of Norman Hatcliff, aged 51, to
the Board of the Company as Group Operations Director with effect from 15 July,
2005. Norman joined the Company in 2000 and has extensive experience in the
logistics industry having previously worked with Exel and TDG. The Board can
confirm that Norman is not, and has not been at any time in the previous five
years, a director of any publicly quoted company.

Norish also announces that Iain Buntain, aged 50, is to leave his position as
Finance Director with effect from July, 2005. Iain joined Norish in 2001 at a
time when the Company was struggling with both trading and funding issues.
Having successfully completed a restructuring of the business, Iain has decided
to leave the Company to pursue other business interests. The Board regrets
Iain's decision to leave but fully understands his reasons for doing so.

The Board has asked Aidan Hughes, Company Secretary, to assume responsibility
for the Company's finance function. Aidan is a Chartered Accountant and joined
Norish in 1995.

There are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2, paragraph (f) of
the AIM Rules.
