Shareholder's Holding

Norish announces that it was informed on the 5^th February 2013 of the purchase of 25,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.25 each by Mr John Teeling, at a price of 32 pence per share. It was also informed on the 6^th February of a further purchase of 30,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.25 each by Mr John Teeling, at a price of 34 pence per share.

Following these purchase of shares, Mr. John Teeling is the beneficial owner of 1,186,283 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.69% of the Company's current issued share capital.
