Result of AGM
RDF Group PLC (AIM: RFG), the IT services company, with offices in Brighton,
Bristol, Edinburgh and London, announces that, at its Annual General Meeting
held on 9 August 2007, all resolutions were duly passed, including the approval
of the payment of a dividend of 1.25p per share announced by the Board in the
Company's preliminary results announcement on 25 May 2007. The dividend will be
paid on 16 August 2007 to shareholders on the register on 27 July 2007.
