Free Share Dealing Service
Norish is pleased to announce that it is offering a free share dealing service
through Computershare Investor Services (Ireland) Limited ('Computershare') for
those shareholders holding up to 10,000 shares that are listed on the share
register.
Norish welcomes all investors, regardless of the number of units of stock they
hold. However, we are aware that some holders of a small number of units of
stock may not wish to retain their investment, but, find it inconvenient or
uneconomic to sell their stock at commercial dealing rates.
The intention is that the free share dealing service will allow shareholders to
sell their stock by using this simple and cost free service. The documentation
detailing the service will be sent to all shareholders the week commencing 14
April 2008.
Shares will be sold every two weeks, on a Wednesday, upon receipt of the
completed documentation and share certificate. It will not be possible for
either the Company or Computershare to specify the sale price if a shareholder
intends to avail of the service. The free share dealing facility will be made
available until 31 December 2008.
The Directors are not in any way seeking to advise you to sell any stock, but
merely offering you the opportunity of taking advantage of this Service
provided by Computershare.
