Norish announces that it was informed on the 13^th December 2011 of the purchase of 186,918 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.25 each by Mr. Thomas Cunningham, at a price of 30 pence per share.

Following this purchase of shares, Mr. Thomas Cunnigham is the beneficial owner of 897,511 Ordinary Shares, representing  9.63% of the Company's current issued share capital.
